Cardigan gris

Cardigan o chaleco tejido en dos agujas/palillos, 1 kg. lana de alpaca de la marca  Circulo, cuello smoking , talla grande. En la foto aun no tiene los botones, es unisex.
Cardigan or sweater knitted with two needles, 1 kg Circulo alpaca wool, neck smoking, large size. The photo was taken before putting the buttons in the sweater.

Despertar del desierto

Ya es posible ver un poco del espéctaculo maravilloso que nos regala cada ciertos años nuestro Desierto de Atacama. Soy una de las personas afortunadas por ver florecer el desierto en primera fila, un regalo divino, imposible de describir con palabras. Solamente verlo, disfrutarlo, porque es nuestro regalo.

En tanto vayan apareciendo nuevos colores, nuevos aromas, iré subiendo fotitos para que quien pase por aqui se lleve una que otra postal de este bello fenómeno.
En cuanto al tejido, ahi va un adelanto pa´l tocomocho, algunas ya habrán adivinado.

It is now possible to see the wonderful Atacama desert in bloom. I am one of the lucky ones to see flowering the desert plains, it is a divine gift, impossible to describe with words.
When I got more photos I will upload some of them to you to see how gorgeous is this.

En azul

Esta capita tenía que salir asi, porque la señora que me trajo las lanitas tenía sólo esa cantidad y en esos colores. Claro, ella quedó feliz, mmm yo no tanto.
This small capelet was mean to be like this, because the maid who brought the threads had only a few of them, and only in these colours. She was, obviously, very happy, I must confess I was not very happy with the results.

Mono gurumi

El tamaño del patrón original de este monito es mucho más pequeño y sale en la revista Tejer la Moda. Como un encargo especial y un gran desafío personal puse manos a la obra y aqui está el resultado.
Las fotos las tomé con la webcam asi que no son de las mejores.

The size of the original pattern of this monkey was much more small, and it was depicted in the magazine "Tejer la Moda". This was a special commission and here are the results. The photos were taken with a webcam so the quality is far from the best.

Manta de bebé en zig-zag

En la técnica zigzag en crochet y tonos azules esta mantita espera también a su pequeño dueño.
This is made in the crochet zigzag technique, with blue tones. This little blanket is waiting for his new owner.

Cuando de teñir se trata...

Estas lanitas las teñí con anilinas al microondas, que dicho sea de paso, es muy rápido (aunque prefiero los tintes naturales), pero la curiosidad es más fuerte. Y para probar la técnica hice varias madejitas y algunas las combiné entre ellas.
This threads I dyed with anilines in a microwave, which is a very fast technique (although I prefer the natural dyes), but... curiosity is stronger. I just used a few threads for try the dyeing and also I combined some of them.
